Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 15th January 2021.

We hope that you are totally satisfied with your products, however, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know via email on info.uk@egopharm.com as soon as possible.

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate.

Our customer services team will then email you a returns form. Please fill this in and post it, along with the products that you are returning.

If the products are faulty, you will need to return the products to us and our customer services team will also send you a free-post label to return the goods for a refund or replacement. For a refund, please ensure you return the goods within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that if you’ve simply changed your mind and wish to return your products you may do so.  If this is the case they must be unopened and returned to us at your own cost within 14 days of receipt.  The goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail or security seals unbroken.
